We are Andres and Rachel Arias, a husband-and-wife team and proud parents of two young daughters. Our family is at the heart of everything we do, and we built A Plus Concrete around the same values we live by every day: hard work, honesty, respect, and doing the job right.

Meet Andres
Andres is the founder and lead concrete professional at A Plus Concrete LLC. With over 10 years of professional, hands-on concrete industry experience, he brings skilled craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality to every project.
His experience includes residential and commercial concrete work, from driveways, patios, sidewalks, and decorative concrete to foundations and larger concrete projects.
His approach is simple: do quality work, communicate honestly, and treat every customer’s property with care and respect.
Meet Rachel
Rachel manages the office and business operations that keep A Plus Concrete running smoothly. As Office Manager and Accountant, she handles customer communication, scheduling, estimates, invoicing, bookkeeping, and day-to-day operations.
Her goal is to make every customer's experience organized, professional, and as stress-free as possible—from the first conversation to project completion.
